What exactly is CROWN Hair Reservations: The Texture + Color Experience?

It's an intimate, in-person experience created for women who want to feel more confident before investing in luxury hair. You'll be able to see, touch and compare CROWN textures, explore color possibilities, discuss your desired look and determine which CROWN may be right for you.

Is there a fee to attend?

Yes. A $47 reservation fee is required to secure your seat. This fee is not simply a ticket price — it goes directly toward creating a personalized gift curated specifically for you, prepared before the day of your session. There is no obligation to purchase hair at the event.

Why is each session limited to 5 guests?

Because this isn't designed to be a crowded open house. Each session is limited to 5 guests so there is enough time and space for a truly personal experience — questions, texture matching and individual attention. Your reservation simply holds one of those limited seats for you.

Do I have to purchase hair at the event?

Absolutely not. Come curious — not committed. Touch the hair, compare your options and ask questions. If you find a texture and color direction that feels right for you, you'll have the opportunity to reserve your hair. If you aren't ready, there is no pressure.

What does "reserve your hair" actually mean?

Once you've chosen your preferred texture, length and any custom color direction, CROWN can begin securing the hair needed for your look. Your actual hair reservation/order is separate from your event reservation and will require payment according to the reservation options presented at the event.

Will I be able to see all eight CROWN textures?

Yes. You'll get to experience the CROWN Eight: Kinky Straight, Body Wave, Kinky Curly, Loose Curls, Wavy Curly, Deep Wave, Blonde and Kinky Coily. Seeing them side by side makes it much easier to understand the differences that photos and videos don't always capture.

Can you help me figure out which texture will blend with my natural hair?

Yes. Private texture matching is part of the experience. We can talk about your natural texture, styling habits, desired maintenance level and the finished look you're trying to achieve. The goal isn't simply to sell you hair — it's to help you make a more informed choice.

What if I want a custom color instead of the color shown on the sample hair?

That's exactly why this is called the Texture + Color Experience. Your chosen CROWN texture can serve as the foundation while we explore color inspiration that complements your vision. Blonde especially gives us an incredible canvas for customized dimensional color.

Does reserving hair also reserve an installation appointment?

No. A hair reservation and salon appointment are two separate things. Reserving your CROWN secures your hair selection; installation availability will depend on the salon schedule and the service required. This distinction is important so nobody assumes purchasing hair automatically creates an appointment slot.

Can I bring someone with me?

You're welcome to experience CROWN with a friend, but because seating is extremely limited, every person who plans to attend should have their own reservation. We want to keep the experience comfortable and make sure every reserved guest has a seat.
