CROWN Salon Studio and Crown Hair Solutions (known as “CROWN”) only ship product(s) to confirmed addresses. When placing an order, please be sure that the billing/shipping information associated with the credit card being used can be verified. You may have to call and update your information with your credit card company if your billing and shipping information does NOT match the information associated with the card being used. It will be considered “Unconfirmed” and will result in a cancellation of your order. Shipping within the US may take up to 2-3 business days. CROWN shipments are within Tuesday – Friday. For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will start at $10, shipping outside the US starts at $40 (depending on destination) excluding taxes. International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx (Orders to Canada ship via USPS Express). Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the purchase.

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day. Standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing time for sale items is 7-14 business days. Business days (including Shipments) are Tues- Friday.

Payments can take up to 24 hours to clear. 

The day your payment clears is the day that processing will begin for your order.

No Changes to orders after 24hrs.

If you live in an apartment, please be sure to put the abbreviation ‘Apt’ alongside your apartment number. If not, in some areas this could affect your delivery with the postal service. The package may be marked as undeliverable.

Please double check your order; i.e. Lengths, Texture, Type of Hair, Head Measurements, and Your Shipping Information; before completing your order.
